Hiatus And Drop

⁞hiatus

• If you will be unavailable to participate in Forced for a time this is where you declare an official hiatus. If you don't declare your hiatus here it won't count towards AC.
• A hiatus may be between one week and one month in length. If you need to be gone for less than a week a hiatus isn't necessary. If you need to be gone for more than a month due to extenuating circumstances please contact the mods and we'll work something out.
• In order to qualify for an exemption for an activity check during a particular month your hiatus must:
  1. Cover the duration of at least (or close to) three weeks of that month.
  2. AND/OR cover the duration of the entire week of AC.
• While you're on hiatus it's up to you what your character will be doing and you can work this out with other players or just say that your character is doing their thing.
• Making a post in the OOC comm to announce your hiatus isn't necessary but it lets the other players know that you'll be gone for a while and you can also use this to delegate godmod rights to other players or just let your cast and CR know that your character will be on autopilot.

We're sorry to see you go but we understand that role playing isn't the end-all be-all of life ugh, we guess. If you need to drop the game or just drop a character we'd appreciate it if you would let us know.

Your character will return home and lose all memories of their time in the Star Wars universe. The exception to this is if you play a native character. They will retain their memories and stay in the universe, and might end up being played by someone on the mod team temporarily as an NPC until another player picks them up again.
